• Physical Products:
  　Orders are typically dispatched within 5 to 7 business days after payment confirmation.
  　Made-to-order or custom items may require 7 to 14 days for production before shipment.

• Digital Products:
  　Download links or files will be delivered via email immediately after payment is completed.
  　If you do not receive the email, please check your spam or junk folder, or contact us directly.
