Refund & Return Policy

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or refunds for reasons based on customer preference. Please make sure to review the product details carefully before placing an order.


■ Returns & Refunds for Physical Products

We will accept returns, refunds, or exchanges only in the following cases:

  • The product arrived damaged

  • You received a different item than what you ordered

If any of the above applies, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. After reviewing the situation, we will either issue a refund or send a replacement.
We will cover the return shipping cost for defective or incorrect items.

Please note that we do not accept returns or refunds in the following cases:

■ Returns & Refunds for Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital items, we do not accept returns or refunds in the following cases:

  • Cancellations after the item has been downloaded or delivered

  • The content was not as expected

However, if there are technical issues or data errors, we will resend the item or take appropriate action. This includes:

  • The file is corrupted and cannot be opened

  • The delivered content is different from what was shown


■ Refund Method

If a refund is approved, it will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
Please note that it may take several days to a week for the refund to be completed, depending on the payment provider.
